My naturopathic doctor recommended Jill to me for healthy nutrition and weight loss support. At first, I didn't believe that my health issues could be helped with the food we eat or the timing of our meals. Right away, I started noticing beautiful changes, not just weight loss but a healthy and balanced diet / lifestyle. To my surprise, her nutrition plans helped ease the symptoms of my health concerns very quickly. Jill taught me that a balanced diet doesn’t just create a healthy body, but it also creates healthy mind as well.
Jill listens carefully during our discussions and looks beyond the surface to know the background or secondary events which may affect our health and reaching our goals. She looks at the big picture, collecting even minor details which you wouldn’t think would have any effect on the our health or desired outcome.
Even though I had to move from Ontario to British Columbia for my job, I have continued to work with Jill. Her encouragement and support got me back on track after the stressful move and continues to keep me on track today. Jill answers my call every time I call her or email her. She has this excellent quality which encourages me never to give up no matter how stressful my job can be. I am positive I can keep up with my new diet and lifestyle habits as I continue towards my health goals because of her continuous support.
Working with Jill is not just completing a program. Jill helps create huge changes in life, both body and mind which has not only affected me in a positive way, but also affected my entire family's health and well-being. I couldn’t have done this without Jill’s support.

I would definitely tell anyone who needs nutritional advice to visit Jill. She was friendly, accommodating in booking the initial appointment. She was thoughtful in the program she devised and took the time to explain what was required for me and why she recommended these changes. Her assessment very thorough and accurate, confirmed what I thought and introduced other issues that I had not considered.
My most positive change is learning how to eat and how what I am eating affects my body and my mind. Jill was able to teach how to monitor and assess the changes and how few supplements you need when eating properly.

I finished one of Jill's 2-week cleanse / detox programs today. I was rarely, if ever, hungry. I stuck to it - no cheating - and I can honestly say I feel much better and will continue to embrace many of the concepts going forward. Lost 5 lbs...jeans are loose and my partner, who did the program with me, is down over 7lbs!
