Gross right? The thought of lapping up some green fuzzy pond scum isn't something that will get anyone salivating and rubbing their hands together in anticipation of taste-bud exploding awesomeness. But guess what. I'm about to tell you to start eating it and I can assure you it won't mean marching down to the banks of your nearest river or pond and shooting back a glass of its murky green water.
